Background
Our parent company, HSF Sunmoor, Inc, began pioneering corporate housing in San Francisco in 1986, the first to own and manage over 50 furnished executive rentals in a single location. After diversifying into commercial and residential holdings throughout the Bay Area and in other states, the team acquired broader experience with leasing and property management. Today, the firm is engaged in a variety of sustainable businesses, including green building, organic farming, and land conservation.

Sunmoor Properties, Inc. was specially created in 2008 to provide professional management services with a strong emphasis on green practice. We believe that existing residential and commercial buildings need higher sustainability not only to comply with new legal standards, but to attract qualified tenants and to remain competitive in tomorrow morning's rental market. In pursuing that objective, we protect and grow the value of our clients' assets.
