Sunmoor Properties, Inc, San Francisco
Sunmoor Properties,Inc. relies on a tradition of real estate development, investment, and management that reaches back four generations. We understand owner priorities firsthand as well as lender woes, tenant concerns, and the inner workings of a plumber's mind. We know from decades of experience that San Francisco can be a hard place for landlords and tenants to agree. Our priority is to deliver excellent, principle-driven service to everyone while achieving sustainability goals and exceeding our clients' expectations.

"Utility costs are increasing steeply, tenants seek greener lifestyles, and rebates abound for sustainable improvements. This is a unique opportunity for property owners and tenants to partner in saving energy and water and reducing waste. Our approach turns that possibility into a triple-win."

Our parent company, HSF Sunmoor, Inc, began pioneering corporate housing in San Francisco in 1986, the first to own and manage over 50 furnished executive rentals in a single location. After diversifying into commercial and residential holdings throughout the Bay Area and in other states, the team acquired broader experience with leasing and property management. Today, the firm is engaged in a variety of sustainable businesses, including green building, organic farming, and land conservation.

Sunmoor Properties, Inc. was specially created in 2008 to provide professional management services with a strong emphasis on green practice. We believe that existing residential and commercial buildings need higher sustainability not only to comply with new legal standards, but to attract qualified tenants and to remain competitive in tomorrow morning's rental market. In pursuing that objective, we protect and grow the value of our clients' assets.
